We are tiny -- way small. We are so small we aren't even a microbrewery. We are a nanobrewery.
After we've mashed, Yuri and Mike shovel our spent grains into bags. The grains are then taken to Mike's house and fed to chickens. Our spent grains are then turned into eggs which we eat to stay alive.
We we're done brewing, the wort goes into our fermenter. Here you see two of our stainless conical fermenters. The small one in the back we use to test out new strains of yeast. Once they are tested in small batches, then we make bigger batches.
When the beer is done fermenting, we put it into corny kegs. Each of us gets to take a keg back home.
